Pilgrim’s Organics is a certified producer of Organic beef and lamb. Located on the west coast of New Zealand’s King Country, the 1000 acre Castle Craig Farm is run as a family partnership and has been fully organic since 2004. Guy and Christabel Pilgrim are passionate about producing a superior product farmed in accordance with organic principles – as nature intended.

What We Do
It could be more a case of what we don’t do that makes the taste difference. At Castle Craig farm our herd of Angus Beef and Angus Cross cattle are raised on open pasture that is free of pesticides and additives. Our focus is to produce a superior tasting meat that is truly organic: 100% hormone, steroid and chemical free.
